Creamy, yummy and definitely gives you the ability to keep the real nutella for weekends and special occasions!
Sugar free nutella hazelnut spread recipe
175 grams ground hazelnut (I buy this in a jar, like you would peanut butter, you could grind your own I would expect, but my food processor is not good enough to try, it needs to be so fine that it releases its oils)
2 tablespoons raw cocoa nibs (or 1 tablespoon raw cocoa powder)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of butter (I use grass, you can also leave it out, just use more coconut oil)
Unscented coconut oil in liquid state and/or milk
Put all the ingredients except the coconut oil into a food processor, blender or something that chops electrically. If the hazelnut paste has an oil layer on top, be sure to get the right ratio of that in too.
Mix mix mix!!
If it isn't smooth enough, add coconut oil and/or milk a teaspoon at a time.
I keep this in the fridge because of the butter and milk. If it starts to dry out you can add a little coconut oil again.
Don't eat it all at once!
